Martens
Gary W. Martens, P.G. is a Project Manager whose responsibilities include Phase I, Phase II and Phase III investigations as well as supervision of soil and groundwater remediation, petroleum storage tank (PST) removal, RCRA remediation projects as well as waste disposal projects. He is also experienced in monitoring well design and installation, sampling protocols, soil, gas and fluid analysis, aquifier testing and groundwater characterization, and Geophysical well log analysis.

Mr. Martens is a qualified supervisor of Phase II and Phase III site investigations as well as groundwater and vapor extraction system design, installation and start up. He has supervised projects in California, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia and Louisiana.

Mr. Martens has worked in the oil and gas industry performing research for major oil companies. These studies included regional and local geological studies, extensive geophysical analysis and interpretation, basin analysis, well logging program design, interpretation and analysis, field research and testing. Other experience includes drilling, completion, testing, data collection, analysis and reporting. He has attended numerous in-house schools and seminars on safety, pollution prevention and control, and on numerous geological, geophysical, and engineering subjects.

Mr. Martens is the author of numerous technical reports as well as a comprehensive log analysis research paper that was presented at an international logging symposium.
